From safety, security, and surveillance, to creating and sharing knowledge, to immersion in the media they produce and the analysis of data, the application of Aqueti’s services are endless. Aqueti creates sophisticated computational imaging systems in which the camera functions as a core tool to create media that can be processed and stored until it needs to be used. Additionally, technicians invent software and hardware that can translate and transport the data on its path to its end use – even something as complicated as an awe-inspiring image.

Field Trip Information

MATH302 Numerical Analysis: In this visit the students found out how methods from the field of Numerical Analysis and computer algorithms are applied in the industry to solve real-world problems. Math and numerical analysis have a multitude of purposes outside of simply accounting and stocks, and students learned how numerical analysis ties into software construction, got a view into how supercameras are created, viewed the operations and environment of a professional company, and gained knowledge of real-world applications of analysis in the world of data.
