Registered in China in 1999, Classy Kiss is a modern professional biological dairy enterprise integrating R&D, production, sales, and cold chain logistics. It is also the only large-scale dairy product enterprise in China that focuses on yogurt production. Field Trip Information

BIOL 212 Microbiology: Students visited a factory using microbial technology in the process of making their yogurts. This demonstrated to them the industrial-level real world applications of microbiology, and how even in something as simple as yogurt, an understanding of microbiology is essential to help sustain the health of the general public. Students gained an understanding of how extensive the field is and saw concepts learned in class in action.
