Field Trip Information

BIOL 201 Cell and Molecular Biology: The students were able to tour a modern biotechnology company on the field trip. Students gained a better understanding of where the materials and results of DNA sequencing test come from, how companies handle large samples and datasets, and how scientists are involved in the process.
