Your application process depends on your citizenship and the host country where you wish to carry out your project.
Global Fulbright Opportunities
DKU students typically apply through their home country’s Fulbright Commission or U.S. Embassy.
Each participating country sets its own eligibility requirements, fields of study, and deadlines — check the official Fulbright website or your national Fulbright Commission’s page for details.
Projects can include independent research, graduate study, or English teaching assistantships, depending on the host country’s program.

DKU students should have drafts of all materials ready two weeks before the national deadline for review by the DKU Fulbright Advisor.

- Candidates should demonstrate academic excellence, cross-cultural curiosity, and a well-conceived independent research plan.
